Isn't that just gorgeous?
I admit, it's a tad out of focus and there is some camera shake, but I can't get enough of the colors. I'm so happy with my new camera and new lens so I can now take these awesome macro shots. I've always wanted to, and I did ok with my Kodak Easy Share 4330, but now I've got a Canon EOS 40D where you can change up the lenses. It was the best choice for me because my brother has a 10D and I have an old 35mm Canon EOS and I already had a 50mm and a 80-200mm Telephoto, so now I've got a pretty good collection of lenses, and I can borrow my brother's two also - one is a 14mm wide angle, I'm not sure of the other one.
I need to try using the tripod. I always forget about it.

Oh, I wouldn't call myself a photographer... I just take pictures sometimes. But thanks!
