gas prices

Oddly enough, last weekend - a NON-holiday weekend the gas prices were higher than they were this weekend. I saw a tip on the news earlier this week that said get gas 3 days before a holiday weekend because the prices will be lower. On Wednesday one of the stations I buy from said $3.35. On Friday it was $3.19! So apparently that tip is bogus. I'd normally agree with it, but for some strange reason this weekend gas prices went down in the Bay Area.
